OnQuota

Private beta · Open for signups

Qualified B2B meetings. Without hiring a full sales team.

Companies define the meeting that counts and put the budget behind it. Independent sales professionals apply, prospect, and book it. Payment is released when the meeting matches the criteria.

Pay for the meeting, not the month.

Sales outsourcing bills for effort. OnQuota puts a price on the result: one qualified meeting, one price, agreed before anyone picks up the phone.

From brief to booked meeting.

One campaign, end to end, in the product itself: from the criteria you set to the credits leaving escrow.

  1. Brief the campaign

Set the target, the qualification criteria and the price per meeting. Nothing is charged at this step.

  2. Choose your sales

Invite vetted sales professionals, read the numbers they have actually delivered, and pick who speaks for you.

  3. Secure the credits

Credits move into escrow on the campaign. Only then is the setter notified and allowed to start.

  4. Prospecting starts

Your sales go to market. Every account they touch lands in the campaign, and a booking arrives against a funded slot.

  5. The meeting, on the record

The lead sheet, the criteria it matched and the call recording arrive together, before you decide anything.

  6. Credits released

You confirm the meeting was qualified. The escrow opens and the setter is paid for that meeting alone.

Know the number before the first call.

Campaigns are funded in credits, and the sales professional sets the price of a meeting in credits, inside the band their level allows. Move the numbers and read the same settlement from either side.

  • Funded first: The credits are committed before the first call is made.
  • Delivery on file: Each meeting is logged into the campaign as it lands.
  • Both sides rate it: Company and sales professional record their verdict separately.
  • Release on outcome: Credits move according to what the record says.

Choose who represents you.

Sales professionals apply to the campaigns that match their market. You read the applications and decide who is allowed to speak on your behalf.

For teams that already know who they need to meet.

  • B2B SaaS: Reach decision-makers without standing up another outbound team.
  • Agencies & services: Turn a defined ICP into commercial conversations.
  • Established B2B: Add an outcome-priced channel next to the sales team you already have.

Find work that fits you. Set your price.

If you already book meetings in a market you know, apply to campaigns, set your own price per meeting, and build a track record that travels with you.

Questions before you join.

What do I get in the private beta?

Guided access to build one campaign, with a named contact on our side. You set the number of qualified meetings you want and the criteria they must meet, before any prospecting starts.

Who contacts my prospects?

Independent sales professionals who applied to your campaign, and only the ones you approved. You see who they are before they start, and you follow your sales throughout their sales process.

Can I choose them?

Yes. They apply, you select. Nobody speaks for you without your approval.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

You decide! Whatever you wrote down when you built the campaign is what counts: market, company size, seniority, business context. A slot in a calendar on its own does not count.

Why credits?

Credits are the unit campaigns are funded in and meetings are priced in. One place to fund, one place to settle, one number to compare.

When does a sales professional get paid?

After the meeting is delivered and both sides have recorded their verdict. Not on booking.

Do you guarantee the prospect will buy?

No. OnQuota gets you a qualified conversation with the right person. What happens in that conversation is your sales job.

When does access open?

Signing up is open to everyone. We open access as campaigns become possible in your market, and we come back to every person who signed up, including when the answer is "not yet".
