This site does one thing: it collects an early-access request. This page says exactly what that means for your data.
Who is responsible
Pershing Solution LLC operates OnQuota and decides why and how the data described here is processed. Questions: contact@onquota.co. Data requests: privacy@onquota.co.
What we collect
Company waitlist: your work email, first and last name, company name, industry, monthly prospecting budget, and the amounts you would consider fair for a qualified meeting and for a signed customer. Sales application: the answers to the application questionnaire: identity and contact details, professional situation, country and time zone, availability, languages, sales experience, your figures and methods, and your expected price per meeting. We collect nothing else, and nothing at all if you do not submit a form.
Why, and on what basis
To decide who to open private-beta access to, to contact you about it, and to send product updates. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time, which costs you nothing except a place in the beta.
How long we keep it
Two years, then deleted. Sooner if you ask, always.
Who else sees it
Four processors, and no one else: splitforms.com receives and stores form submissions; Vercel Inc. hosts the site; Plausible Analytics counts page views, without cookies and without any personal data; YouTube serves the intro video, and only after you press play. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not enrich it with data bought elsewhere. Some of these providers operate outside the European Union, so your data may be transferred there.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all. Audience measurement runs on Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, assigns you no identifier and follows you to no other site. Your language preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never sent anywhere. The intro video loads from YouTube in no-cookie mode, and only once you click play. Until then, no request reaches them. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show us how the site appears in their results; neither runs any script on this site nor stores anything on your device.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, have it sent to you in a portable format, or object to its use. Write to privacy@onquota.co and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to your data protection authority: the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, the FDPIC in Switzerland, the ICO in the United Kingdom, and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in Canada. The United States has no federal equivalent: the Federal Trade Commission handles unfair and deceptive practices, and some states have their own regulator, such as the California Privacy Protection Agency.
